Busy busy busy
I came in on a weekday afternoon and all stalls were full. Space is tight here and there's no obvious waiting area. I asked someone in the service center: he recommended lining up in the shade of the building, parallel to San Fernando Blvd. He also mentioned that it's really bad on Friday nights and weekends. About half of the cars had drivers waiting inside, and a few others came back with shopping from the nearby grocery store.
I didn't have to wait long, maybe ten minutes. Once I had plugged in I picked up a refreshing ice cream cone at the Baskin-Robbins next door, and went back to my car. A prospective buyer walked over and asked me a few questions.

A lot better than no chargers
We were there at midnight. Six stations, and when we arrived, 4 were in use. When we left, 5 were in use, including 2 Model Xs. Maybe 8 or 12 charging stations would be better? Or maybe it's just busy at midnight?-- but it is the 4th of July weekend.

Busy but not too bad
We charged there on June 9, 2016. We waited in the Tesla show room. There's not much to do around there that we know of.
